Seward Public Schools will receive Bids for General Construction of a new Maintenance Building to be
located near Waverly Road and Karol Kay Blvd, Seward, Nebraska.
The building will be one (1) story in height and have a total area of approximately four thousand sixhundred
(4,600) square feet.
Bids will be received until 4:00 PM (CDT), on Thursday, September 20, 2012, at the Seward Public Schools
District Office, located 410 South Street, Seward, Nebraska, 68434. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or
representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4.
A deposit is not required to obtain Bidding Documents.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
