The Project consists of a new one-story slab-on-grade 9,550 square foot addition to the existing North Education Building on the Columbus Campus. The structure consists of exterior insulated precast concrete wall panels on continuous grade beam footings with interior steel columns. Roof is primarily a single-ply membrane on rigid insulation on metal deck and steel bar joist. Interior walls are concrete masonry units and some metal stud with drywall. Finishes are paint, carpet, resilient tile, porcelain tile, and ACP ceilings. Equipment includes steel welding booths, prefabricated grinding rooms, jib crane, and A/V classroom support. The project also includes a new 750 square foot wood frame exterior storage building, and a 2,150 square foot interior remodel including existing men and women restrooms. The Project also includes new electrical service, complete mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and landscaping including irrigation and a new concrete access road and other flatwork.

A deposit in the amount of $125.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Shipping costs on all CD's will be $9.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
