The Project consists of of remodeling 22 patient rooms on the 3rd Floor of the Good Samarian Hospital. Each room has one patient bed (headwall) and one bathroom each. New plumbing and electrical fixtures and new casework will be required. Coordination and relocation of existing fire sprinkler and mechanical equipment. Some new walls and some new GWB on existing structure throughout each room. New paint, wall and floor tile, and new resilient flooring throughout renovated area.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $75.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $15.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
