Each bidder will have the opportunity to inspect the existing conditions from 10a.m. – 11 a.m. on Monday, August 27th, 2012.
Besides these structured inspection times, bidders may arrange to inspect the site by contacting Dustin Crook at the e-mail given in the previous paragraph.

2401 Farnam LLC will accept bids from qualified HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Framing / Gypsum Board Subcontractors for the redevelopment of the existing two-story brick building (with full basement) located at 2401 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska until 2:00 PM CDT, Wednesday, August 29th, 2012 via e-mails sent to dcrook@arch-icon.com. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings for the design/build scope-of-work from the office A & D Tech Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ext. 4 or order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A refundable deposit of $50.00 or a Builder’s Card will be required for each set of drawings.

Make deposit checks payable to 2401 Farnam LLC..

Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition with in 30 days of the bid opening to obtain a refund.
A One Reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.



If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
