Partial Subcontractor and Supplier (No General Contractors). Sealed bids for the Dino's Storage Hillsborough Plaza located at 3801 N. 147th Street will be received at the offices of HGM Associates Inc., 640 Fifth Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa until 2:00 p.m., September 6, 2012 and will be opened privately.
Project Description:
The Work includes the construction of a new 4 story 128,800 SF self storage facility.
A pre-engineered structure is being provided by Trachte Building Systems including steel floor joists, steel roof joists, metal decking, metal stud framing and metal roofing, flashing, gutters and downspouts.
Multiple contractor mobilizations, at not no additional cost to owner, may be required to accommodate sequence of construction and project schedule.
Bidders and suppliers will need to coordinate material deliveries and installations with owner’s schedule.
Separate bids are being taken for various disciplines of the work, as follows: (the owner will be the general contractor)
Grading, Site Drainage, Retaining Wall, Paving, Landscaping, Cast in Place Concrete, Masonry, Exterior Insulation Facing System (EIFS), Building Erection, Composite Metal Wall Panel, Sealants and Sealers, Metal Doors, Frames, and Hardware, Aluminum Storefront, Painting, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, HVAC and Electrical

Sets must be reserved by phone and payment received prior to shipping plans.
Complete Sets of Plans & Specifications are for PURCHASE ONLY (Non-Refundable) in the amount of $73.85, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
