Public Notes:

The Municipal Housing Agency will receive bids for the Lump Sum Contract for the building for the above referenced project, all in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by The Schemmer Associates Inc.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Municipal Housing Agency Office located at:
505 South 6th Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51501 until 2:00 PM (prevailing time) on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at which time all bids will be opened and read publicly aloud.

Job Purchase Information:

Bidders may obtain the Bid Documents from the printing company after August 13th at A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St. Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 (checks only) per set is required for this project.
Checks made payable to Municipal Housing Agency.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A & D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 10 calendar days after the Bid Opening.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).

Downloads of Complete Sets - Purchase Only $15.00

All checks for purchases are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
