Subcontractor/Supplier proposals for new of the Family Focus Federal Credit Union building to be located at 7310 “N” Plaza, Omaha, NE 68127 will be received by the Calabretto Building Group based on the contract documents prepared by The Architectural Offices on August 2nd, 2012. Proposals can be received by email at tsimpson@calabrettobuilding.com or by fax to (402) 934-2975.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $30.00 / checks made payable to Calabretto Building Group, is required.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Technical Supply).

Only complete sets of Bid Documents will be issued.
Deposit will be refunded upon return of usable and complete set of Bidding Documents within 10 days following receipt of bids.

Downloads of Complete Sets are available - $20.00 PURCHASE ONLY

All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
