The Project consists of remodeling approx. 2,500 sq ft, located in the northwest 400 area of the Grand Island Campus Main Building (Rm 405-407).
The remodel consists of demolition of classroom/office space and two existing restrooms, and includes plumbing fixtures, wall tile, floor tile, walls, doors, windows, floor covering, ceiling fixtures, ceilings, and cabinetry. New construction includes two new relocated restrooms, stud walls, hollow metal doors, aluminum doors and windows, floor covering, paint, casework, A/V equipment, and some minor site work consisting of extending an egress concrete walk. The project also has minor mechanical and electrical work associated with the classroom remodel and relocated restrooms.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $100.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Shipping costs on all CD's will be $9.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
