Dicon Construction will accept bids from qualified Contractors for renovation of the existing building klnown as “The Barker Building” located at 15th and Farnam Streets. Coordinate bid date and time with Adam Ramaekers at Dicon Construction. The contractor shall submit bids in 9 x 12 envelopes with “Barker” and the name of the bidder written clearly on its front. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted.

All contractors submitting bids for the work are representing that they have carefully examined the site and building and are familiar with all conditions that may affect the Work under the Contract. Contact Adam Ramaekers at Dicon Construction for Pre-bid walk through date and time.

Job Purchase Information:

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302, Attn: Laura or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

Sets must be reserved by phone and payment received prior to shipping plans.

Complete Sets of Plans & Specifications are for PURCHASE ONLY (Non-Refundable) in the amount of $116.72, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).

All checks are to mailed to A&D Technical Supply Company, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Ne. 68127.

Interested bidders should contact A&D to request plans and check on availability.

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

Downloads of Complete Sets - $25.00 PURCHASE ONLY

All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.

If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.
There will be a $4.00 handling fee for the use of customer shipper numbers (UPS).

You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
