This is a tenant improvement project of an existing building. Work is included in the following trades; concrete flatwork, concrete material, polished concrete, interior architectural woodwork, solid surface tops, doors/ frames/ hardware, joint sealants, glass and glazing, metal studs/ drywall / TPO Roofing, Metal Panel Roofing / ACT ceilings / Masonry / carpet, tile, painting, specialties, Kitchen Equipment, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302, Attn: Laura or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
Sets must be reserved by phone and payment received prior to shipping plans.
Complete Sets of Plans & Specifications are for PURCHASE ONLY (Non-Refundable) in the amount of $63.76, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Downloads of Complete Sets - $25.00 PURCHASE ONLY
All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $13.00 per CD.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of customer shipper numbers (UPS).
You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
