Two mandatory pre-bid walk-throughs will be held. The first will be held July 11, 2012 at 8:00 A.M. at the Fremont Public kSchools Main Street Building, 130 East 9th Street. Contractors will meet at the East Conference Room. Group will then visit each Fremont Public Schools Building included in the project in succession.
The second mandatory pre-bid will be held July 12, 2012 at 8:00 A.M. at the Fremont Public Schools Main Street Building, 130 East 9th Street. Contractors will meet at the East Conference Room. Group will then visit each City of Fremont Building included in the project in succession.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
Provide a fiber optic wide area network for the City of Fremont and for Fremont Public Schools. These will be two separate networks, but installed concurrently in order to maximize the economy of sharing trenching, boring, and similar costs as much as possible by utilizing duplicate routes. The network will have a central office location, satellite hub locations which will be connected in a ring configuration. Branch buildings connected back to the hubs in a wagon wheel configuration.

Sets must be reserved by phone and payment received prior to shipping plans.


There is no deposit on these plans, however they must be returned in good condition within 30 days of the bid date.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
