Sealed bids for the construction of the NP Dodge Park New Caretaker’s Residence are invited and will be received on or before the closing time, as per specifications on file in the office of the Douglas County Purchasing Agent, Room 902, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, Nebraska 68183.

Bidders may also view the contract documents (plans, specifications, addendums, etc) on the project free of charge from the A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. website at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Non-Refundable (Purchase Only) check in the amount of $32.35 per set is required for this project.
Checks made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set.

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

Downloads of Complete Sets - $15.00 PURCHASE ONLY

All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.


If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $13.00 per CD.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of customer shipper numbers (UPS).
