Sealed bids for the Malvern Housing Roof Replacement Project, located at 306 Lincoln Avenue, in Malvern, Iowa will be received by the Executive Director of the Malvern Housing Authority, at her office at 306 Lincoln Avenue, Malvern, Iowa 51551 until July 12, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. and will be opened publicly.

Sets must be reserved by phone and payment received prior to shipping plans.


Complete Sets of Plans & Specifications are for PURCHASE ONLY (Non-Refundable) in the amount of $15.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $10.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

Downloads of Complete Sets - $10.00 PURCHASE ONLY

All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.


If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $13.00 per CD.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of customer shipper numbers (UPS).


You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
