The Project consists of Bid Package One - New construction consists of a three-story bank, plus full basement, cast-in-place concrete foundation walls and elevator shafts and four-story vault, steel post/beam structure, metal stud walls, steel bar joists, metal deck, and site work including earth moving, excavation, grading, erosion control, site utilities and concrete paving.
Bid Package Two in the fall to complete the bank.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:
A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the
Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $75.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Bid Documents are returned within fifteen (15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Bid Documents are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE LOW BIDDERS)will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
