Public Notes:
You are invited to bid on a combined contract, including general, mechanical, and electrical work for the Cavanaugh Building Air Handling Unit Replacement at the Douglas County Health Center Campus.

Douglas County will receive sealed bids until 11:00 am Central Time on July 11, 2012, at the LC1 Offices of the City Clerk, Omaha – Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam St., Omaha, NE 68183-0011. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at the regularly scheduled Bid Opening Meeting in the Legislative Chambers after submission of bid on July 11, 2012. All parties are invited to attend.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

There is a Refundable Deposit of $ 100.00 / or Builders Cards (ABC Cards, MBI Cards or OBE Cards accepted)
made payable to Specialized Engineering Solutions.

The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of the Documents to A & D Technical Supply Co., immediately following the public opening of the bids, shall be returned the deposit in full.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
