Project description: Project consists of seven apartment buildings containing a total of 216 apartment units. 15, 5 stall stand alone detached garage buildings, two storm shelter buildings, one club house with swimming pool. Apartment buildings are three story, wood frame with brick veneer and siding.
Work performed by the owner:
Rough grading, building pads prepared to plus (+) or minus (-) 1 tenth foot.
Fine grading.
Silt fencing and erosion control.
Landscaping
Lawn sprinkler systems.
Retaining walls.
Fencing.
Storm sewer work.
Water Main loop on east and west sides of Main Street.
Swimming Pool and Pool deck.

A Non-Refundable (Purchase Only) check in the amount of $162.21 per set is required for this project.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $50.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $13.00 per CD.
