Bid Package No. 1 – Partial Site Demolition – This bid package includes all
materials, labor, and equipment as required for the demolition of site items,
which are not electrical or plumbing related,
as shown on Sheet C1.1 – DEMOLITION PLAN.
This work shall begin July 1, 2012 and shall be
completed by July 31, 2012.

Bid Package No. 2 – Site Utility - Electrical – This bid package includes all materials,
labor, and equipment as required for the demolition of site electrical items as shown on
Sheet C1.1 - DEMOLITION PLAN and for the installation of the electrical utilities as shown on Sheet C1.5 –
UITLITY PLAN and Sheet ME1.0 – MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL UTILITY PLAN. This work shall
begin July 1, 2012 and shall be completed by July 31, 2012.

Bid Package No. 3 – Site Utility - Plumbing – This bid package includes all materials, labor,
and equipment as required for the demolition of site plumbing items as shown on Sheet C1.1 -
DEMOLITION PLAN and for the installation of the plumbing utilities as shown on Sheet C1.5 –
UITLITY PLAN and Sheet ME1.0 – MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL UTILITY PLAN. This work shall
begin July 1, 2012 and shall be completed by July 31, 2012.
