All bidders are encouraged to be present.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the North Bend Central Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed completion of a new classroom to be constructed by way of additions and alterations to the existing North Bend Elementary building located at 420 East 11th Street, North Bend, NE; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 14, 2012 in the North Bend Central Jr/Sr High School Office at 1320 Walnut Street, North Bend, Nebraska 68649. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $ 50.00 (check only)will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.

Checks made payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects.

Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition with in 10 days after the bid date to obtain a refund.
If the documents are not returned within ten (10) days, the deposit check will be cashed.



If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ $15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.


If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $13.00 per CD.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of customer shipper numbers (UPS).
