PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 2:30 p.m., CST, on May 24th, at the office of Leo A Daly, 8600 Indian Hills Drive, Omaha, Nebraska. The purpose of this meeting is to familiarize the bidders with the project. No minutes or memoranda will be published as a result of this meeting and it will be the responsibility of each bidder to be represented.

Bids for the construction of Lincoln Financial Parking Garage will be received by LEO A DALY at 8600 Indian Hills Drive, Omaha, Nebraska, until 2:30 p.m. CST, on June 1, 2012, at said office. Means of bid submittal shall be as indicated in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS included in the bidding documents.

Bids received after closing time will not be considered.

Plans and Specifications may be examined and obtained at the offices of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.


A Non-Refundable (Purchase Only) check in the amount of $76.56 per set is required for a hard copy set of this project.
Checks made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set.

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

Downloads of Complete Sets - $25.00 PURCHASE ONLY

All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.


If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $13.00 per CD.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of customer shipper numbers (UPS).
