St. Patrick's Catholic Church of O'Neill, Nebraska, will accept bids by invitation only for the St. Patrick's Catholic Church and St. Mary's Schools - Additions and Renovations, located in O'Neill, Nebraska. Sealed bids for the General Construction, which shall include mechanical and electrical construction and site work will be received by the Owner at their offices at 301 East Adams Street, O'Neill, Nebraska until 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Contract Documents may be obtained directly from the Architect, PETERS AND ASSOCIATES, ARCHITECTS, P.C. 14217 Dayton Circle, Suite 1, Omaha, Nebraska 68137, (phone: 402-895-2292), upon payment of a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) refundable deposit, plus a Fifteen Dollar ($15.00) non-refundable shipping and handling fee for each set of Documents.
The refundable deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Contract Documents within fifteen (15) days of the bid date, provided they are in good and usable condition.
