The Project consists of 28,323 square feet of new construction of a single story, 21,704 square foot metal building with a curved roof structure to function as a vehicle storage facility.
The vehicle storage building will also include an automatic wash system (by Alternate).
Attached to the metal building (vehicle storage area) is a single story, 6,619 square foot office building consisting of steel post/beam structure, metal deck and acoustic metal deck, metal stud and masonry walls, standing seam metal roof with gutters/downspouts, aluminum storefront windows/doors and curtain walls, tile carpet, resilient tile, porcelain tile and epoxy floor coverings/coatings, steel doors and frames, aluminum doors and frames, casework, window coverings, interior signage, complete mechanical, electrical, low-voltage technology, access controls, and a fire sprinkler system throughout the entire building(s).

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:
A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the
Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $150.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
