SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Metropolitan Community College South Omaha Campus ITC is served by two gas fired boilers. The project includes but is not limited to the following major elements:
? Removal of two gas fired boilers and associated boiler pumps ? Removal of select hydronic piping including air separator, expansion tank, etc. ? Installation of three new high efficiency boilers and boiler pumps ? Installation of new hydronic piping to accommodate new boilers ? Electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment ? Temperature control modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment.
The controls for this project shall be provided by Control Services Inc. (402-339-4344) attn. Adam Snoozy.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $ 30.00 will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.
Checks made payable to Metropolitan Community College.

If shipping is required, there will be a non-refundable fee of $15.00 for each set shipped. Checks for shipping shall be made out to A&D Technical Supply Co.

There will be an $8.00 non-refundable fee for all plans shipped with UPS shipper numbers.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A & D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 10 days after the Bid Opening.
