The Owner, Cornerstone Bank N.A., 529 Lincoln Avenue, York, Nebraska will receive sealed bids for a combined contract, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for the construction of a branch bank facility located at 400 Main Street, Stromsburg, Nebraska, 68666, under the Architect's Project Number JJA 3391.
The Owner, Cornerstone Bank, will act as their own General Contractor with Greg Holoch, employee of the bank, serving s the project coordinator and construction manager for the bank on this project. Greg Holoch’s phone number is (402)366-4360 and fax number is (402)362-2006.
Bids from all subcontractors and suppliers will be received until 11:00 AM, June 7, 2012, by Greg Holoch or Carol Miller at the office of the Owner, Cornerstone Bank located at 529 Lincoln Avenue, P.O. Box 69, York, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be privately opened and bidders will be notified of bid results.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89 St., Omaha, NE 68127, upon depositing the sum of Seventy Five dollars ($75.00), payable to Jackson-Jackson
& Associates, for the set of Bidding Documents.
A plan deposit card, as issued by the Omaha Builders Exchange, is also acceptable in lieu of a deposit.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A & D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.
If the documents are not returned within ten (10) days, the deposit check may be cashed.
The bidding documents will be shipped upon receipt of an additional non-refundable check for
fifteen dollars (15.00), payable to Jackson-Jackson & Associates, for mailing charges.
