The Project consists of a new entry addition of approx. 2,500 sq. ft. for Mantor and Randall Hall including selective demolition, concrete footings, structural steel, metal stud framing, brick and stone veneer, aluminum curtain wall and storefront systems, polished concrete and carpet floors, full mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems. A new mechanical room addition of approx. 500 sq. ft. needed for the new entry addition.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:
A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the
Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $150.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
