Due to the nature of the project, Roofing Subcontractors have also been pre-approved for bidding, and their contact information can be found in Section 002113 Instructions to Bidders, para. 3.01.
Project Description:
The project consists of work at both the Church and the Retreat Center (on same site).
Church scope includes: replacement of the steep wood shingle roof and skylight, and adjacent low slope modified bitumen roof noted on drawings. Work also includes replacement of the lightning protection system, sanctuary lighting and sound system, replacement of mechanical equipment and piping, construction of new exterior mechanical enclosure and renovation of the Nursery.
Retreat Center scope includes: complete kitchen renovation, including residential appliances and new light fixtures and replacement of fire alarm system, new finishes on the main level, a commercial kitchen exhaust hood with extinguishing system, replacement of some clad wood windows, siding, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous carpentry.

Bidding Documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Bahr, Vermeer and Haecker Architects.
Builders Cards are also accepted.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 business days after the Bid Opening.
After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be an $8.00 handling fee for the use of your shipping numbers (UPS). Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room.
