Bid Info:   Proposals for subcontracts for construction shall be received by the General Contractor, Lueder Construction Company until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Tuesday the 8th day of May, 2012.

Public Notes:
Bids will be received from subcontractors for the tenant improvements (new administrative offices interior construction) in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Prochaska & Associates, 11317 Chicago Circle, Omaha, Nebraska 68154-2633.

The Project consists of the remodel of two existing buildings:
10755 Burt Street is a three story office building originally constructed in 1991 and previously housed the Federal Bureau of Investigation
10629 Burt Circle is a single story flex building (Support Building) immediately east of 10755.

The office building is approximately 15,000 square feet per each of the three floors. The lower level basement is currently configured as a parking garage and utility spaces and will undergo only minor modifications. The two upper floors are office space and will undergo extensive interior renovation and tenant improvements including new interior partitions, ceilings, finishes, doors, millwork, plumbing modification and new plumbing fixtures, reconfiguration of existing mechanical HVAC systems, and new electrical devices and lighting.

The support building is approximately 6,900 square feet. There are four existing vehicle bays along the south half of the building that will remain largely unchanged. The north half of the building will undergo moderate interior renovations including new interior partitions in combination with some retained existing interior partitions, new ceilings, finishes, doors, millwork, plumbing modification and new plumbing fixtures, reconfiguration of existing mechanical HVAC systems, and new electrical devices and lighting.

Both buildings are unoccupied. Work on both buildings is to occur concurrently. A general demolition bid package was previously released and awarded. Substantial completion for all phases of work is early August 2012. See Project Manual and all Drawings for complete scope of work.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Lueder Construction.
Builders Cards are also accepted.

Documents must be returned complete and in good condition within 14 days of the bid date to obtain a refund.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be an $8.00 handling fee for the use of your shipping numbers (UPS). Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room.
