Project Description: Bid Package #1 includes Site Grading,
Underground Site Utilities, and Erosion Control.
Implementation and maintenance of the Erosion Control plan will be the responsibility of the Site Work Contractor
until all site work has been completed and accepted by the General Contractor.
PHASE 2: Bids Due (Building);
Project Description: Pre-Engineered Steel Building 37,230 sf with a 2,240 Mezzanine.
Includes shop, warehouse, rebuild shop, parts counter, offices and site concrete.
We are accepting quotes for all trades, except the work which was included in Bid Package #1; (Grading, Underground Site Utilities And Erosion Control ).
