A deposit in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) / or Builder's Card made payable to Cannon Moss Brygger will be requested on each set of the Bidding Documents.

The deposit will be returned ONLY if the contract documents are returned complete and in good condition to the Architect , within TEN (10) days after the opening of proposals.
