Subject to conditions prescribed by Central Community College, Grand Island, NE, sealed bids are invited for the Merrick Solar Electric System Installation at the Hastings, NE campus as described herein.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Provide installation of solar electric system equipment including photovoltaic arrays and associated electrical feeders and support. The solar electric system equipment was bid under a separate package and is considered furnished by the Owner for this project.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:
A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $25.00 (made payable to KRS Engineering, LLC) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $15.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Bid
Documents are returned within 15 days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to
submit a Proposal and the Bid Documents are returned within seven days prior to bid opening.
All Bid Documents shall be returned to the office of: KRS Engineering, 11620 Arbor Street, Suite 100,
Omaha, NE 68144.
