Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 10:00 o'clock a.m., on April 26, 2012 for all work set forth in the plans, specifications and proposals for the above mentioned project.
Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Public Notes:
MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK for this project include the following approximate quantities:
3,100 SY Street Pavement Removal; 3,900 SY 6" Granular Subbase; 3,400 SY 7" Non-Reinforced PCC Pavement with 6" Intergral Curb; 900 SY 4" PCC Sidewalk; 600 LF 15" RCP Storm Sewer, Class III; 400 LF 18" RCP Storm Sewer, Class III; 13 EA Single Grate Intake, Type SW-501; 1,200 LF 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer; 6 EA Sanitary Manholes, Type SW-301; 785 LF of 8" DI Water Main and Appurtenances.



Job Purchase Information:
Contract documents, including construction drawings, are placed in the Office of the City Clerk for examination.

Copies for bidding may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Company, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, or at www.adtechsupply.com (ONE SET PER PLAN HOLDER).

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).

Shipping checks are to mailed to A&D Technical Supply Company, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Ne. 68127.

Planholders shall return contract documents in a reusable condition to A&D Technical Supply Company Inc., within 14 calendar days from the City Council award of the project.
