Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the Kellom Elementary School - Auditorium Renovation, OPS Bid Number 12-033, located at 1311 N. 24th Street, Omaha, Nebraska for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called “District” in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared Omaha Public Schools, Schoolhouse Planning Division, will be received in the office of Dr. Jerry Bartee, Assistant Superintendent, Business Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131-2024 until 2:00 P.M., April 24, 2012. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Refundable Deposit of $ 30.00 / or Builders Cards will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.
Checks made payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects.
Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition with in 14 days after the bid date to obtain a refund. If the documents are not returned within fourteen (14) days, the deposit check will be cashed.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ $15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
>All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $13.00 per CD. There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of customer shipper numbers (UPS).
