Sealed bids for Multiple Prime Contracts, for Clarinda High School Gymnasium Renovation, will be received at the office of the Superintendent of the Clarinda Community School District, 423 East Nodaway, P.O. Box 59, Clarinda, Iowa 51632, until 2:00 p.m. local time, April 18, 2012. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read
aloud.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents from A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127 (800-228-2753) from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.
A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 for each set of Documents.
Checks should be made payable to BCDM.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents,
in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening to the printer, A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).

before sending them in the mail.

Downloads of Complete Sets - Purchase Only $15.00
All checks for purchases are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $13.00 (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
