Public Notes:
The Project consists of work on two buildings on Central Community College Columbus Campus. Work will include replacing associated flashing and perimeter cap flashing, fascia and curtain wall system on the Student Center. It will also include replacing all associated flashing, perimeter cap flashing, fascia, roof, and storefront window systems on the Faculty Pod.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:
A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A deposit in the amount of $75.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $15.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.

All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
