Work of the project includes removal of existing glass wall, interior masonry partition walls
and existing restrooms. New construction consists of Installation of new face brick wall with metal
stud backup with insulation, metal roof decking, structural steel columns and beams, concrete
grade beam footing / foundation, new EPDM fully adhered roofing system with new tapered rigid
polyiso roof insulation, new metal gutters, roofing accessories, aluminum storefront framing
systems, wood doors and frames, gypsum board partition walls, concrete masonry interior
partition wall, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, restroom accessories, casework, extension of
existing mechanical systems and plumbing, new lighting, miscellaneous electrical work and other miscellaneous and related work as required by the Contract Documents.

One set of Bidding Documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set, made payable to Maplewood United Methodist Church, which will be refunded upon return of plans and specifications in good condition within fifteen (15) days of the bid receipt deadline.
Plan Room Cards in the amount of $100.00 will also be acceptable as a deposit.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
