The Project consists of an entrance addition and remodeling at two separate buildings.
At ADAMS BUILDING, the work includes an entrance addition of approximately 1,600 sq. ft. and remodeling approximately 2,000 sq. ft. including two restrooms. Demolition includes an exterior concrete ramp, stair, sidewalks, and structural masonry wall, and interior walls, doors, casework, tile flooring, ceiling fixtures, ceilings, wall finishes, and plumbing fixtures. New construction includes wood and steel structure, masonry, concrete, wood and hollow metal doors, wood windows, roofing, prefinished metal panels, metal stud framing, and custom casework. Finishes include carpet, tile, wood trim, and paint. Mechanical work includes new heat pumps, associated ductwork, diffusers and controls. Plumbing includes new piping and fixtures associated with remodeled restrooms. Electrical includes new lighting, data, and reworking circuits and receptacles. The project has new site work including ramps, landscaping, sidewalks, exterior lighting and irrigation.
At PLATTE BUILDING, the work includes remodeling an approximate 150 sq. ft. entrance vestibule and new site work. Demolition includes an exterior concrete ramp, stair and sidewalks, and aluminum storefront, windows, and tile flooring. New construction includes aluminum storefront, aluminum windows, some minor electrical work, and major site work including ramps, stairs, landscaping, sidewalks, exterior lighting, and irrigation.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $125.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
