: The Project consists of a 9,150 square foot masonry shop addition to the existing building. Structure is a free standing 10,400 square foot metal storage building and remodeling in the existing building in the warehouse and administration areas. Poured-in-Place concrete beam foundation system will be utilized and single ply EPDM membrane roofing on the shop addition and galvanlume metal roofing on the storage building. The shop addition has single wythe 12" CMU walls with a bar joist roof structure. Include interior CMU masonry walls, metal stud wall with G.W.B. insulated sectional doors, toilet partitions, steel and wood doors, steel frames, interior cabinetry and complete mechanical and electrical systems. Interior of the shop addition to include mezzanines with removable guardrails. There will be two 10 ton bridge cranes spanning 37'-4" in the shop addition.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $150.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
