Project Description: The project consists of a 2-story, approximately 15,200 sf, addition to the existing church building. The primary components of the project consist of site work, minor demolition, minor remodel within the existing building, and a building addition including; multi-use spaces, storage, stairways, audio/video room, and mechanical/electrical rooms.

Bidding Documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required. Checks should be made payable to Bahr, Vermeer and Haecker Architects. Builders Cards are also accepted.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 business days after the Bid Opening. After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply. There will be an $8.00 handling fee for the use of your shipping numbers (UPS). Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room.
