Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 / or Builders Cards will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.
Checks made payable to RDG Planning Design. Only 3 sets per Prime Contractor is allowed on a deposit. Additional sets for prime bidders and sub-bidders may be purchased from A & D Technical Supply, at Bidder’s expense.
Deposit may be refunded upon receipt of good, usable, and complete set of Bid Document to A & D Technical Supply within seven (7) days after Bid opening.
If shipping of the plans is required, there is a flat rate of $ 15.00 per set

CD's in PDF format of Complete Set - Purchase Only $20.00
Downloads of Complete Sets - Purchase Only $20.00
All checks for purchases are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $13.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
