The components of the project shall include the following items,
as well as other trades as documented in the contract documents. Selective demolition,
metal stud non-load bearing walls, gypsum drywall, carpet, painting,
ceramic tile, resilient tile, resilient base, solid core wood doors, hollow metals doors,
frames, aluminum storefronts, plastic laminate millwork, mechanical systems,
electrical power and lighting systems and other
miscellaneous construction.

for a deposit of $75.00 per set. Deposit is refundable upon return of the bidding documents in good
condition within a period of 10 days after the opening of bids. The Clark Enersen Partners
will ship bidding documents upon receipt of an additional $15.00
for handling and postage, non-refundable.
