The Window Replacement project consists of removing all windows and replacing with aluminum framing and translucent daylighting insulated panels and aluminum operable windows.
Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:
A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $30.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $15.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 13.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to:
Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
