Sealed bids for the N.P. DODGE PARK MARINA DOCK REPAIR at N.P. Dodge Park are invited and will be received on or before the closing time, as per specifications on file in the office of the Douglas County Purchasing Agent, Room 902, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, Nebraska 68183.
The work consists of repair to the crow’s nest and
marina shower and restroom building; including new interior and exterior finishes, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.
Included also is painting and refinishing of site features such as light poles, flag poles, tables, trash containers, and other
features. Two new park picnic shelters and associated site works is also included with the project.

Bidders may also view the contract documents (plans, specifications, addendums, etc) on the project free of charge from the A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. website at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Non-Refundable (Purchase Only) check in the amount of $30.00 per set is required for this project.
Checks made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
