A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the new Ron Witt Support Services Center - RWSSC (former Excel Cabinets building) located at 13737 Industrial Road, in the former showroom at 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, February 9, 2012. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Bidders should enter the building through the northwest entrance and park in the front lot (visible from Industrial Road). Contractors wishing to access the Ackerman Elementary roof areas will need to make an appointment by contacting Ed Rockwell at least 24 hours in advance.

At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud at Don Stroh Administration Center, Room "A".
Project Description:
New roofing system for Millard Public Schools/Ackerman Elementary School - Roof Sections D, E, G & H, located at 5110 S. 156th Street, Omaha, NE 68135. The Project includes complete tear-off and installation of a modified bitumen roofing system, and related sheet metal work. Approximate area to be reroofed is 30,338 S.F.

Sets must be reserved by phone and payment received prior to shipping plans.
Complete Sets of Plans & Specifications are for PURCHASE ONLY (Non-Refundable) in the amount of $15.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $10.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
