YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that West Point Public Schools shall receive sealed (re)bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical work for the proposed West Point Public Schools Bus Barns project at the existing West Point-Beemer Jr./Sr. High School at 1200 E Washington Street in West Point, Nebraska; that said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2012 in the West Point Public School Disrict Offices at 1200 E Washington Street, West Point, Nebraska 68788 (metal building north of the main school building). Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the District Offices. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Original plan holders for the projects initial bid date of February 28, 2012, should retain their plans and specifications and addenda for the purposes of rebidding. Additional Post-Bid addenda materials will be issued providing necessary bid documents along with the project modifications and clarifications.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the printer, A & D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon and 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, upon the deposit of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) or a Current Builders Card, payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects, per set of Documents and in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon return of the Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the Bid opening.
After 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited. If requested, bidding documents will be packaged and shipped via UPS Ground upon receipt of $20.00 per set to cover shipping and handling.

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
