Project Description: Remodel of a portion of the 2nd floor of the 8511 West Dodge Road building into office and conference room space. Project also includes a break room and public toilets.

A Non-Refundable (Purchase Only) check in the amount of $35.60 per set is required for this project.
Checks made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
