Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Wisner-Pilger Elementary School Addition and Renovation located at 801 12th Street, Wisner NE before 2:00 pm local standard time on Tuesday, February 21, 2012. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud.
Project Description: Construction of a new 3,195 S.F. Addition to the existing Elementary School consisting of steel structure, joists and deck, metal stud walls, brick veneer, aluminum storefront, hollow metal frames, wood doors, adhered EPDM roof, fire suppression and fire alarm systems, electrical and mechanical work, architectural cabinets and interior finishes. The Project also includes renovation of 17, 992 S.F. of existing building space related to indoor air quality improvements, including replacing windows in the existing school, and installation of a fire suppression system in a 2,574 S.F. Special Ed. annex of wood construction.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required. Checks should be made payable to Wisner-Pilger Public Schools.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 business days after the Bid Opening. After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
