Mid-Plains Community College will be retrofitting the existing HVAC system at the McDonald-Belton Building with a new supply fan system pre-selected by the Owner along with a new cooling coil and
located at North Platte Community College South Campus, 601 West State Farm Road, North Platte, Nebraska, 69101. Work will include the installation of the pre-selected equipment and all supporting mechanical and electrical system modifications. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 14, 2012, at the office of Mid-Plains Community College Business Office, Attn: Cindi Russell, 1101 Halligan Drive, North Platte, NE 69101, at which hour, or as soon as possible thereafter, the
received bids will be publicly opened and considered for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of said project.

Bid Documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply upon a deposit payment of $25.00 (Check Only) per set made payable to Farris Engineering, Inc.
If Bid Documents are to be shipped, submit a separate, non-refundable check, made payable to A & D Technical Supply, in the amount of $15.00 per set.
Deposits may be refunded upon receipt of good, usable and complete set of Bid Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., within 15 days after the Bid opening.
