Sealed bids for the renovation/construction of the “Florence Community Center Renovation”, 2920 Bondesson St., Omaha, Nebraska are invited and will be received on or before the closing time, as per specifications on file in the
office of the Douglas County Purchasing Agent, Room 902, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center,
Omaha, Nebraska 68183.
Sealed bids to be addressed to Buster Brown, City Clerk, LC-1, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center,
Omaha, Nebraska 68183, marked “BID ON: City of Omaha Florence Community Center Renovation”, must be in his
office on or before 11:00 A.M. on the closing date at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

Plans and Specifications may be examined and obtained at the offices of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
Bidders may also view the contract documents (plans, specifications, addendums, etc) on the project free of charge from the A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. website at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Non-Refundable (Purchase Only) check in the amount of $37.54 per set is required for this project.
Checks made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
