Public Notes:
Trenton JH/HS Project: Consist of the construction of a 9,200 sq. ft. infill construction of new classrooms and administration area between two existing buildings to remain, a 1,100 sq. ft. concession area and restroom addition at main entrance to the Gym. Adjacent to the classroom construction will be 9,750 sq. ft. of M/E renovation to existing classrooms in the south junior High building. The existing 1920’s High School building is to be demolished and removed. In its place will be new structural fill to accommodate part of the new construction and a parking lot.
Culbertson Elementary School Project: Consist of the construction of a new 22,550 sq. ft. classroom and administration area addition directly east and attached to the existing gymnasium building that is to remain. Adjacent to the classroom construction will be 2,350 sq. ft. of the existing gymnasium building will be renovated into a new kitchen and dining area (this space is currently an open shop area and a preschool classroom). The existing 1920’s School building is to be demolished and removed. In its place will be new structural fill to accommodate a parking lot.
