Sealed BIDS from Contractors for Phase 3 Alterations to Buffalo County Courthouse will be received at the Buffalo County Clerk's Office, Attn: Janice Griffin, Buffalo County Courthouse, 1512 Central Avenue, P.O. Box 1270, Kearney, NE 68848, per the schedule in the specifications, and then publicly opened and read aloud in the County Supervisors Meeting Room.
All interested parties are invited to attend.

A deposit in the amount of $100.00 / CHECK ONLY made payable to Buffalo County Clerk, will be requested on each set of the Bidding Documents.

The deposit will be returned ONLY if the contract documents are returned complete and in good condition to the Beckenhauer Construction , within TEN (10) days after the opening of proposals.


If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
