PreBid Info:   Each bidder will have the opportunity to inspect the existing conditions from 9a.m. – 12 p.m. on Tuesday, January 3rd and on Tuesday, January 10th, 2012. The format for the two pre-bid inspections will be as follows: 9a.m – 11 a.m.: building open for subcontractor walk-through, all levels and areas. At 11 a.m., after the tour, a question and answer session shall be held. Location will be posted at 9 a.m. at the building entrance, and should be relatively warm.

Bids addressed to Todd Heistand with NuStyle Development Corp (the General Contractor for this project) will be received electronically at ToddH@nustyle.net until 2 p.m. CDT Wednesday, January 18th, 2012.

At the time noted, the bids will be privately opened and tabulation will be made. Any bid received after the closing time may not be considered. Bids are to be held open for a period of 45 days from the bid date.

Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit Check of $100.00 / or Builders Cards will be required to obtain Bidding Documents for the Architectural and Structural Package.
A Separate Refundable Deposit Check of $100.00 / or Builders Cards will be required to obtain Bidding Documents for the MEP Package.

Checks made payable to 2223 Dodge Street LLC.

There will be 2 sets of plans and specifications for distribution: one set will contain architectural and structural items, the other will contain MEP items. Subcontractors bidding this work will be responsible for coordinating their work with other trades; project notes and general notes found in the architectural plans apply to all contracts.

Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition within one month of the bid date to obtain a refund.
A One Reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.



If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
